Xeikon is a worldwide company that develops, produces and distributes high technology products and services for digital printing industry.


The Customer Administration Agent is responsible for complete, correct and up to date set up and maintenance of the customer account and agreements in the different application software(SAP, SMax, Salesforce, Sharepoint,…) This requires correct and close communication and cooperation with the involved Xeikon or Flint departments: sales managers, finance,  service managers, credit control, sales offices. The role also foresees in various other Order Desk related tasks.

1.             Task list

In order to successfully perform the above described responsibilities, following tasks need to be performed:


Customer data creation/maintenance

Initiation of customer card

Conditions creation and maintenance

Monthly overview of Nitro check

general sales order processing

E-com set-up

Installed base

Service contracts

Monthly overview service contracts ending

Archive contracts and customer account info


2.       Team organisation

Reports to: the teamleader of the Customer Administration

Location: Liere (Belgium), training (aprox. 3 months) : Eede (Netherlands)

Ownership: responsibility and accountability for complete and correct customer set up and maintenance in the available systems


You are an experienced administrative person, who can manage a diverse workload. You are flexible, have knowledge of SAP.  You can communicate well both orally and in writing in English
