Job description
  • User- and workstation support mainly via Servicedesk ticket system for defined locations and ticket queues
  • Support of Active Directory, Servers, Printers and Network infrastructure at defined sites according to Flint Group/Xeikon IT Policies.
  • Deployment of approved software and hardware to the users according to Flint Group IT Policies
  • Involvement in IT projects
  • Involvement in Global technical teams
  • Some travel within Europe to be expected. 

• Education in Information Technology and / or experience within workstation, server and network support.
• Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, Windows based servers, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP –networks and active directory.
• IBM Notes experience, is seen as a benefit.
• Support with phone systems, is seen as a benefit.
• Experience from a Global Enterprise, seen as a benefit. 
• Must be fluent in Dutch & English verbal and written. Other language skills like German, French, seen as a benefit.
